Q 1) why do we customize org model in sap crm?
Ans: Each employee of organization belongs to some particular org unit.
Whenever we create any BT suppose we are creating sales order/Quotation that belongs to some particular org unit. Sale will count to that org unit.
If u don’t have any org model den how the system will know from where the business document was created by some particular branch office.
Q 2) what are functions of org model?
Ans: Sales, Service & Marketing.
Q 3) how do we map CRM sales Org with ERP Sales org? Or
What is corresponding sales org in R/3?
Ans: Go to org model PPOMA_CRM select fun tab, and check the sales organization check box then choose R/3 sales organization from the input help.
Q 4) where do we assign Business Role in an Org model?
Ans: We can assign to a position in an Org model.
Q 5) Can we assign multiple Role to a position?
Ans: Yes, we can assign multiple PFCG Role to a position.
Q 6) Can we create multiple position at same level?
Ans : Yes, We can create multiple position at same level ?
Q 7) what is your Org model structure? (In case if u r showing some Projects in your profile)
Ans:  You can tell him some dummy projects they are not going to check. (Search from Google)
Q 8) how many employees are assigned to an Org model?
Ans: It depends upon your Org model size/ Project size. You can tell them the project size which u r mentioned.
Q 9) How to transfer Enterprise Structure from ERP to CRM? (From the topic Middleware)
Ans:

Q 1) how many type of product are there in SAP CRM?
Ans: 6 Types………..material, service, finance, financial service, Intellectual property, Warranty.
Q 2) which product type are you working?
Ans. It depends upon your projects, you can tell them Material.
Q 3) Can you Customized more product type?
Ans: These are the standard product. We can’t customize more.
Q 4) How many Products do you have? (In your Projects)
Ans: It depends upon your projects. If you are working on a FMCG, you can tell them more than 3000 products we are working on.
Q 5) How many attribute you have created?
Ans: It depends upon your products have created in your project; Attribute will be based on that.
You can tell them size, color, dimension n resolution in Electronic project. If your project is FMCG then attributes are change.
Q 6) what do you mean by SET TYPE and ATTRIBUTE and how to customize it?
Ans: Again this ans will be depending upon your project. Answer them related to your project.
Q 7) How many HIERARCHY you have customized?
Ans: It depends upon projects. They can ask what do you mean by HIERARCHY & ATTRIBUTE.
Q 8) how to create product?
Ans: T-Code = COMMPR01…depend on which type of product we are going to create like material or service, and then click on that.
Q 9) how to activate inactivate product and can you inactive product in Business process?
Ans: T-Code = COMMPR02, We cannot use the Inactive product in Business Process.
Q 10) how to Archive product?
Ans: SAP Basic Data tab --------Product Status……to archive checked.
Q 11) how to link product with the org model?

Ans: Go to the tab Sales & Distribution, click the button Assign and you can link it with org model.
